Nina is a hardworking, optimistic young woman who loves art, music, and spending time with friends. After her high school transition program ended, TotalLink helped her continue building skills, social connections, and independence while searching for work.

In October 2022, Nina joined REI, where she uses her organizational skills to stock clothing and manage tasks across departments. With initial support from employment coaches, she quickly gained confidence and independence, learning to ask coworkers for help when needed.

In six months, Nina earned a promotion and took on more responsibilities. “Her positive attitude is contagious, and everyone at REI is thrilled to have her on the team,” says Stockroom Manager Sean.
