Employment Specialist (Full Time)
TotalLink to Community is looking for relationship-focused and supportive professionals to join our team as Employment Specialists. In this role, you will support adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining meaningful employment while fostering independence and community inclusion.
Role Overview

Support job seekers with disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful, paid employment

Match individuals’ strengths, interests, and skills with employer needs

Work closely with job seekers, families, and employers to ensure long-term success
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct assessments and develop individualized employment plans
-
Provide on-the-job support, coaching, and skill-building
-
Build relationships with local businesses and create job opportunities
-
Collaborate with families, schools, DRS, and community partners
-
Track progress, communicate updates, and maintain documentation
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Social Work, or related field
-
3+ years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Passion for inclusion and TotalLink’s mission

Must have reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits

$40,000–$45,000 salary

Part-time Program Facilitators
for our Educational and Social Programs
TotalLink to Community is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated people to join our team! As a program facilitator, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and learn skills to support young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Our Facilitators support programs offered weekdays from
4 - 6 pm, Fridays from 5 - 9 pm, and
Saturdays from 1 - 3:30 pm,
and 5 - 8 pm. Programs vary in length.
As a Facilitator, you may be responsible for the following tasks:

Assist participants in programs.

Support with classroom set-up, distributing classroom supplies, organization, and other support needs.

Implement structure provided by Program Director.

Adapt projects and or lessons for individualized learning.

Model and support young adults with following safety rules and classroom expectations.

Facilitate a sense of community among program participants and inspire problem-solving and cooperation.

Communicate with colleagues and or the program director.
-
Proactively reach out for help from the program manager.
-
Get to know students, their learning challenges, and their gifts.
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Willing to complete a background check
Willing to show proof of vaccination
Pay range $18 - $25/hour
