Nick F. Finds His Team at Sona Fitness

Since September 2025, Nick has been part of the Sona Fitness team as a Maintenance Assistant, helping keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone.
From vacuuming and mopping to cleaning mirrors, disinfecting toys, and organizing equipment, Nick takes pride in doing his part. But one of his favorite parts of the job is connecting with coworkers, especially talking football with owner Dylan.
Nick says, “I really enjoy working at Sona Fitness. It’s not just a job; it’s a great place to be. My manager, Dylan is the absolute best, he is super cool and knows everything about sports. I'm really proud to work for Dylan and Sona Fitness.”
Nick’s mom shared that from the moment they met the Sona Fitness team, they knew it would be “a good working relationship and environment.” With a customized checklist, schedule, and supportive team, Sona Fitness has helped set Nick up to thrive.
Dylan shared, “Nick has been a valuable team member at Sona. We appreciate all of his effort and enjoy our many conversations about sports - he is very passionate and knowledgeable."
