Since starting as an HR Receptionist Assistant at First Bank Chicago, Cristian has become a valued team member known for his kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help. 

Working with HR Receptionist Dalia, he helps keep the office running smoothly, unloading grocery deliveries, restocking coffee stations, organizing snacks and supplies, and keeping conference rooms tidy. Cristian also maintains office supplies and assists with company lunches that serve up to 80 employees.

 “It’s so cool to be working at a bank,” he shared with a grin. Beyond his scheduled hours, Cristian often volunteers to stay late or pick up extra shifts. He also works at a local gym assisting with kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, showing his natural talent for hospitality, service, and teamwork.
