TotalLink believes in the right job match—not the fastest one. Waiting can be tough, but for Avi, it was totally worth it! After six months, he landed his dream job at B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim (BJBE) as a Learning Center Assistant.

Avi greets students at -  drop-off, collects attendance sheets, delivers office passes, and helps organize booksperfect for someone who loves people as much as he does. “I enjoy every moment,” Avi says. “Everyone is so friendly!”

His parents share that Avi feels confident, welcomed, and proud to be part of the team. He even rides ADA Pace independently to work each week. Avi loves giving back to his community—and it shows in his smile.
