Join us for a weekly in-person yoga class facilitated by Kruti Macklin, a certified yoga instructor. This welcoming class encourages self-care, mindfulness, and movement for all ability levels. Each session focuses on core yoga principles—breathing, balance, strength, and flexibility—with adapted poses to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and confidently.
