Join us every Tuesday for an evening dedicated to mind-body wellness and delicious, healthy eating. Pick one or both programs based on your interests!
🌀 Total Wellness – Tai Chi & Meditation
Start the evening with a calming Tai Chi and meditation session led by Helen Green, a wellness expert from Body & Brain. This gentle, low-impact movement practice promotes balance, flexibility, coordination, and mindfulness. With Jade Andrews offering additional support, you'll learn to tune into your body, calm your mind, and build strength from the inside out. No experience necessary—just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to move and relax.
🍽️ Healthy Supper Club
Right after Tai Chi, we’ll head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience focused on preparing nutritious, balanced meals. Learn culinary skills, explore healthy portion sizes, and cook with fresh ingredients—all while building confidence and independence in the kitchen. We’ll foster an environment of creativity, curiosity, and self-care as we share a meal together. The fee includes the cost of dinner.
