Service Description

The program begins with a brief guided grounding exercise to help participants settle in, focus, and start the week feeling centered. Participants are then invited to connect with peers over a complimentary beverage at I Just Am’s Hospitality Bar before transitioning into open studio time for creative expression. Please eat lunch before the program. You are welcome to bring a small snack.
