Spend your Saturday afternoons nurturing your mind, body, and spirit with Heart Words & Tai Chi, a unique program that blends creative expression and wellness in a supportive, inclusive community.
This gentle, low-impact exercise promotes relaxation, coordination, and overall well-being. Guided by an experienced instructor, participants will learn flowing movements that support both physical and mental health. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, Tai Chi offers a meaningful way to connect body and mind. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Helen, a wellness expert from Body & Brain, will lead this session, with additional support from Wendy. Together, they create a welcoming environment that encourages participants to engage in self-care and mindful movement. Heart Words is an inclusive community for writers of all abilities. Through inspiring verbal and visual prompts, facilitators encourage self-expression of emotions, imagination, experience, and heart. Participants are invited to share their writing with the group in a supportive setting.
