📝🧘 Heart Words & Yoga: A Creative and Mindful Saturday Experience
Spend your Saturday afternoons nurturing your mind, body, and spirit with Heart Words & Yoga, a unique program that blends creative expression and wellness in a supportive, inclusive community.
Start your session with Heart Words, a writing group where all abilities are welcome. Guided by Jade Andrews and Jake Bochniak, you'll explore visual and verbal prompts that inspire self-expression, courage, and imagination. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting out, this space encourages you to write from the heart—and, if you feel comfortable, share your words with the group.
After writing, reset and recharge with Yoga, facilitated by certified instructor Kruti Macklin. You’ll practice breathwork, stretching, and poses adapted to meet your individual needs, helping you build balance, strength, and flexibility—all while promoting a sense of calm and self-care.
