🎳 Discover your community, build friendships, and have fun!

Join us every Tuesday for Community Life: Featuring Total Bowlers—a dynamic program designed to help you connect with others, explore your local area, and grow as a community member.

Every other week, we’ll head to Pinstripes to bowl or play bocce and enjoy lunch together (included in the program fee). On alternate weeks, we’ll explore other community-based activities like volunteering, visiting local businesses, or attending special events in Northbrook, Glenview, Highland Park, and Deerfield.

💬 Now with 2 separate groups — it’s a chance to be seen, heard, and involved.

  • Build lasting friendships through shared experiences

  • Develop leadership and self-advocacy skills

  • Learn how to plan and attend events with peers

  • Connect with local villages, townships, and businesses

  • Practice communication, teamwork, and problem-solving

  • Have thoughtful group discussions on topics that matter
